CNINE Home Furnishing Products Under this policy, you can return or exchange home furnishing products. CNINE Returns are as easy as 1, 2, Zzz.

Home Furnishing Products can be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, this condition must be reported to the CNINE support team within 7 days of receiving the package. Once you’ve provided the requested pictures of the damaged or defective product to our customer support team, we will verify them. Once the validation of the damaged or defective product is completed, the returns and replacement team will process your return or replacement request. Please note that there is no trial period for Home Furnishing products.

Complete a simple CNINE Order Return Form.
Our support team will validate your return request within 24 – 48 hours.
You will receive email notifications at every step of the process.
We will arrange for your return to be picked up within 7-8 business days after validating your request.
Once your return is collected, we will process your refund. Please note that banks typically take 7-10 days to credit the refund to your account.
